Why using it?

Execution line is a useful tool to define timing and steps to achieve a specific goal (an event, an activity, etc...).

What is it?

Execution line is a paper board tool where participants have to visualize and understand the activities planned. It is suggested to start from the end and proceeding backward in order to keep up with the time.

Steps

• Define the activities that have to be done in order to achieve the main goal.


• Define the timing for each activity.


• Define materials and people you need to achieve your goal.

Tips for the facilitator:

Define each steps before to start!

Materials needed:

Paper, markers, post-it.

Time:

3 hours.
