What is it?

It can be offered as a paper based, small group activity (with facilitator). Using a Development Spectrum Wheel graph as a “talking point” for colleagues/organizations to form a holistic interviewed.

Steps

• Print enough copies of the given template and distribute them among the group(s).

• Ask participants to think critically and discuss about their drivers, motivations, position and perceptions.

• Move to “WHAT” circle. For each element identified in the previous activity – the WHO section – note down the activities that used to develop the specific dimension.

• Move to “HOW” circle. For each activity or type of interaction that identified in the previous activity – the WHAT section – note down the type of engagement.
