

PRESENTATION TOOL

Why using it?
To train and exercise in preparing a clear presentation.
What is it?
It consists in a multiple-means exercise. The logic structure follows these steps: context, problems and solutions. Respectively represented through: drawings, stage presentation, and descriptions.
Steps
• Clarify the challenges and exercise objectives.
• First step: context.
Ask participants to draw the context of their idea(s).
• Second step: problems.
Ask participants to stage a simulation that shows main problems.
• Third step: solutions.
Ask participants to describe the solutions they would implement in the context analyzed in order to solve the problems previously shown.

Tips for the facilitator:
Set the time from the beginning in order to give the same amount of time for each step.

Materials needed:
Paper, markers, colors, props.
