Why using it?
To deeply understand how a service works and help participants to define better the details of the idea proposed.
What is it?
It consists in a simplified version of the service blueprint tool. It is a graphical technique that helps to think about and display the relevant actions of a service user, as well as resources needed for and stakeholders connected to each action mentioned.
Steps
• Print enough copies of the given template, or prepare a hand-drawn version of it.
• Ask participants to complete each row with the information required: First row = Actions.
Second row = Stakeholders Third row = Resources.
• Stakeholders and resources needed will be placed beneath the related action.
• It is not compulsory to fill up all, it can be possible that for an action we don’t need any stakeholder or resource.

Tips for the facilitator:
Provide a ready to fill paper.

Materials needed:
Paper, markers, post it.

Time:
3 hours.
