Why using it?
Use it to start to understand problems and generate opportunities.
What is it?
It a paper tool, useful to collect findings from the context and then interpret them into insights.
Steps
• Start with an open discussion about wishes and challenges of the community.
• Collect findings, writing it o drawing it on post it. One finding per post-it.
• Cluster the similar ones in groups.
• Name the groups with a name.
Tips for the facilitator:
Explain the difference between findings and insights. Insight is an intuition, built upon a finding.
Materials needed:
Paper, post it, markers.
Time:
4 hours.
