FUTURE CV
Why using it?
Future CV is a simple and accessible tool that aims to empower people in self-development, enhancing their awareness regarding the link between existing situations and future preferred ones, helping them plan on short term project and enhancing their personal and professional presentation.
What is it?
The future CV is a revisited format of the traditional curriculum: in addition to personal data, experiences and skills, it includes future plans within a relatively short period of time.
Steps
• Participants have to fill the paper writing information (name, age, place of birth, who they are, what I can do, in five years I am going to...).
• As every curriculum it needs to be completed with a portrait (picture or sketch). The format can be simply completed by individuals or it can be used as format to collect data coming out from other activities (for example using data from an interview).
• Let them present their CV.
Tips for the facilitator:
Give example to the participants.
Materials needed:
Paper, pens, markers.
